SPARKA FAQ - ORDERING

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and check by phone.
You will be presented with these options during checkout.

How much can I order? And is there a minimum order size?
We offer the following order sizes, per flavor:
- 4 bottles
- 12 bottles
- 24 bottles (1 full case)

Currently, we do not ship other order sizes. You may order any combination of flavors, so long as the number of bottles of each flavor matches one of the order sizes listed above. If you wish to purchase a large quantity (6 cases, which = 144 bottles, or more), please contact our customer service department.

What is the return policy?
All sales of Sparka product are final and guaranteed for (a) accuracy of order delivery (i.e., that you get what you ordered) , and (b) product suitability for use (i.e., not damaged or otherwise unusable due to manufacturing defects). If you have a problem with any order related to either of these issues - accuracy or suitability for use - you may return the product for either a full refund or replacement product (your choice). In this event, the Company shall pay the shipping costs of the return and replacement. To return product under these conditions, please contact our customer service department.
